Tibetan Quartz
What is Tibetan Quartz? By definition, it is quartz gathered in the Himalaya Mountains or on the Tibetan Plateau within the geographic boundaries of historic Tibet.

Until recently, tibetan quartz was mined by hand by the monks themselves, to support their monastery, and crystals were packed out of the mountains by mule or yak. The crystals gathered in this way often bear the distinctive marks of their handling.

More recently, traditional mining in this region has made a vast wealth of amazing crystals and minerals available. The crystals gathered and transported using modern methods tend to arrive to market in very clean condition.

Tibetan quartz accesses a very pure ray of light, opening, balancing, clearing and empowering the brow (sixth) and crown (seventh) chakras.
